How to Get Blood Stains Out?

Blood stains

Removing blood stains is tricky. Many people first try to treat the stain with hot water, which could actually make the stain tougher, if not impossible, to get out.

Treat blood stains first with COLD water and get as much of the stain that you can out.

Remember, once you put blood-stained fabric or many other types of stains, into the clothes dryer the stain will set and may never come out.

  • Soak in cold water.
  • Pretreat remaining stain.
  • Launder in hottest water safe for fabric.
  • Use appropriate bleach.

If stain persists, soak in warm water with presoak product.
